乳腺钼靶摄片在≥45岁女性乳腺癌筛查中的应用分析

Application of mammography in breast cancer screening of≥45 year-old women

目的分析乳腺钼靶摄片在≥45岁女性乳腺癌筛查中的应用效果。方法选择我院2018年3月至2019年6月收治的230例乳腺专科门诊患者,按照随机分组方式,将其分为观察组(115例)与对照组(115例)。对照组行超声诊断检查,观察组进行乳腺钼靶摄片检查,将结果与病理活检结果对比,分析2组检测敏感性、准确性、特异性。结果观察组患者敏感性、特异性、准确性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺钼靶摄片在中老年女性乳腺癌筛查中的应用有效,在特异性、敏感性方面具有良好价值,可以对患者的疾病情况进行有效诊断,避免发生漏诊,贻误治疗时机,避免误诊,造成不良后果,促进患者早期治疗。

Objective To analyze the effect of mammography in the screening of middle-aged and old women′s breast cancer.Methods Two hundred and thirty outpatients in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(115 cases)and control group(115 cases).The patients in control group were examined by ultrasonography,and the patients in observation group were examined by mammography.The results were compared with pathological biopsy results,and the sensitivity,accuracy and specificity of the two groups were analyzed.Results The sensitivity,the specifiaty and the accuracy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Mammography is effective in the screening of middle-aged and old women′s breast cancer.It has a good value in specificity and sensitivity.It can effectively diagnose the disease of patients,avoid missed diagnosis,delay the treatment opportunity,avoid misdiagnosis,cause adverse consequences,and promote the early treatment of patients.
