中国对外人文交流研究述评:回顾、总结与反思

Studies on China’s People-to-People and Cultural Exchanges with Foreign Countries: Review, Summary and Reflections

2010年以来的中国对外人文交流研究从无到有,紧跟我国对外政策的推进节点,至今已经形成了愈加丰富多样的成果产出。对这一领域的研究成果进行总结与反思,可以更好地把握其研究现状并推动向纵深发展。对外人文交流已经形成了具有内涵丰富指向的理论研究、顺应政策实践需要的应用研究、实现内外细化深入的领域研究等三大典型范式。其研究特征表现为国际国内双重呼吁的研究动力,理论实践互构共生的研究逻辑以及问题对策二元主体的研究内容等三个方面。尽管现有的研究成果已经实现了人文交流理论和现实的双向演进,但是其研究现状仍存在着政策束缚、视角单一、研究失衡等三方面问题缺陷。我们应该理性看待已经取得的成就与存在的问题,以更多元的视野角度和更敏锐的现实关怀助推人文交流研究更好发展。

Since 2010,the research on China’s international people-to-people and cultural exchanges with foreign countries have grown from scratch to abundant and diverse achievements,closely following the promotion node of China’s foreign policies.The summary of and reflections on the research results in this field can better grasp its current situation and promote its development.The people-to-people and cultural exchanges with foreign countries have formed three typical paradigms,which are theoretical research with rich connotation,application research in accordance with the needs of policy practice,and internally and externally in-depth field research.The research is characteristic of the research drive of dual appeal at home and abroad,the logic of theoretical practice and the research content of the dual subject of problem countermeasures.Although the established research achievements have realized the two-way evolution integrated by the theory and the reality of China’s people-to-people and cultural exchanges with foreign countries,limitations can still be found in the current research in terms of policy constraints,unitary perspectives,and imbalanced research.We should rationally take into account the achievements having been gained and the problems remaining unsolved,and promote the research on people-to-people and cultural exchanges with foreign countries from greater diverse perspectives with acute practical care.
