摘要
为了解环形泰勒虫在新疆吐鲁番及阿勒泰主要奶牛产区中的流行情况。本试验选择位于吐鲁番地区的托克逊县和位于阿勒泰地区的富蕴县为试验点,共采集80份牛全血样品,以不同地区、不同性别、不同年龄段、不同品种分组后,采用PCR方法进行环形泰勒虫检测,并对托克逊县和富蕴县2个地区的部分环形泰勒虫阳性样品进行了测序和系统进化分析。结果显示,托克逊县和富蕴县2个地区环形泰勒虫感染率为31.25%(25/80),托克逊县感染率为40.00%(12/30),富蕴县感染率为26.00%(13/50)。系统进化树结果表明,环形泰勒虫托克逊县地方株和富蕴县地方株与河南株亲缘关系较近,与印度、西班牙等其他地区的地方株亲缘关系较远。本次试验结果为新疆吐鲁番及阿勒泰主要奶牛产区环形泰勒虫病的防治提供了基础数据。
In order to investigate the prevalence of theileriosis in main dairy producing areas of Turpan and Altay,Xinjiang.In this experiment,80 bovine whole blood samples were collected from Toksun county in Turpan and Fuyun county in Altay.The samples were grouped by different regions,genders,ages and breeds,and then Theileria annulata were detected by PCR.Sequencing and phylogenetic analysis were performed on some Theileria annulata positive samples from Toksun and Fuyun counties.The results showed that the infection rate of Theileria annulata in Toksun county and Fuyun county was 31.25%(25/80),40.00%(12/30)in Toksun county and 26.00%(13/50)in Fuyun county.The phylogenetic tree results showed that the local strains from Tuksun county and Fuyun county were closely related to the Henan strains,but were far related to the local strains from India and Spain.The results of this experiment provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of theileriosis in the main dairy producing areas of Turpan and Altay in Xinjiang.
