有创动脉压监测在成人重症监护室中的应用及护理进展

Application and nursing progress of invasive arterial pressure monitoring in adult intensive care unit

有创动脉压监测近年来已经广泛应用于临床,特别是在成人监护室中,有创血压监测能够及时、准确、持续性地反映重症监护病房(ICU)患者的实时血压变化及血气情况,从而反应患者血流动力学的变化情况,这些信息有助于医生及时进行临床诊断和治疗干预,是成人ICU常用的监测手段。本文对国内外ICU近几年有创动脉压监测的应用及护理进展情况进行综述,包括监测部位的选择、有创动脉压监测的操作方法、常见并发症的预防及护理等,旨在提高护理人员对有创动脉压监测的护理水平,为临床提供指导和借鉴。

Invasive arterial pressure has been widely clinically applied in recent years,especially in the adult care unit.Invasive blood pressure monitoring can timely,accurately,and continuously reflect the real-time changes of ICU patients'blood pressure,blood gas,and hemodynamics;this information will help doctors make clinical diagnosis and treatment in time.Invasive blood pressure monitoring is a commonly used means in adult intensive care.In this paper,the application and nursing progress of invasive arterial pressure monitoring in adult intensive care unit at home and abroad in recent years are reviewed,including the choice of monitoring site,operation methods invasively monitoring arterial pressure,and prevention and nursing of common complications,so as to improve nursing staff's nursing level of invasive arterial pressure monitoring and provide guidance and references for clinic.
