摘要
探究临床医学专业医学生对预防医学学科的认知及态度的变化,为临床医学专业学生的预防医学教学和课程设置的改进提供参考和依据。经调查发现,临床医学专业本科生对于预防医学学科的态度有较大改善,特别对预防医学学科的学习兴趣有所提升,更期望学习的内容包括传染病的预防策略、预防医学的实践方法和疫苗的研发等相关知识。如何进一步加强临床医学教育中的医防结合,如何培养具备良好的临床知识和实践能力,同时具备应对突发公共卫生事件和重大传染病防控能力的复合型医学人才以适应我国“大卫生、大健康”的发展需求是亟待解决的问题。
This study investigated the cognition of preventive medicine in clinical medical students to provide reference for future preventive medicine teaching and curriculum. The investigation showed that their attitude has changed after they finished the course: they have become more interested in preventive medicine, and hope to learn more about prevention strategies of infectious diseases, practical methods of preventive medicine, and the research and development of vaccines. However, it is still difficult to meet the needs of the notion of "Broad Perspective of Health" in China, and all efforts will have to be made to strengthen the combination of medicine and prevention in clinical medical education, and to cultivate inter-disciplinary medical talents who, equipped with clinical knowledge and practical ability, are able to deal with public health emergencies as well as prevent and control major epidemics.
