摘要
目的:探讨永州地区泌尿系结石成因,并为临床治疗及预防提供科学依据。方法:2015年1月-2016年1月采用红外光谱自动分析仪测定永州地区的泌尿系结石标本765例。结果:765例泌尿系结石患者中,男490例,女275例,男女比例为1.78:1;年龄6~88岁,平均(51.42±13.14)岁;青年(≤44岁)209例,中年(45~59岁)331例,老年(≥60岁)225例,青、中、老各年龄阶段比例为0.93:1.47:1;上、下尿路结石比例为8.68:1。单纯性、混合性结石分别占结石总数的39.48%和60.52%。含钙性结石检出率最高,达84.84%,其中以草酸钙与碳酸磷灰石混合结石多见;其次为感染性结石(49.80%)、尿酸结石(22.22%)。结论:各结石成分在不同性别、年龄段、不同部位中的分布存在差异。结石成分分析对了解泌尿系结石病因,指导治疗及预防具有重要的临床意义。
Objective:To explore the causes of urinary calculus formation in Yongzhou city,and provide scientific basis for clinical treatment and prevention.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2016,765 specimens of urinary calculus were measured by infrared spectroscopy automatic analyzer in Yongzhou city.Results:Among the 765 patients with urinary calculus,there were 490 males and 275 females,the ratio of male to female was 1.78:1.The age of the patients ranged from 6 to 88 years old,averaging 51.42±13.14 years old.There were 209 young people(≤44 years old),331 middle-aged(45-59 years old),and 225 elderly people(≥60 years old).The ratio of young,middle and old age groups was 0.93:1.47:1.The ratio of upper and lower urinary tract calculus was 8.68:1.Simple and mixed stones accounted for 39.48%and 60.52%of the total number of calculus,respectively.The detection rate of calcium-containing stones was the highest,reaching 84.84%,of which mixed stones of calcium oxalate and carbonate apatite were more common.The second was infectious calculus(49.80%)and uric acid calculus(22.22%).Conclusion:There are differences in the distribution of various calculus components in different genders,age groups,and different parts.Calculus composition analysis has important clinical significance for understanding the etiology of urinary calculus,which can guide treatment and prevention.
