Design and Implementation of Expressway Land Resource Management Platform

高速公路土地资源管理平台的建设,对提高高速公路土地规划管理水平、充分发挥土地资源价值有着非常重要的意义。为实现对高速公路土地资源全面的统筹规划及管理,文章设计了高速公路土地资源管理平台总体架构,针对土地资源数据格式复杂、信息量大以及土地资源的评估缺乏数据支撑等问题,开展了数据采集、存储、管理技术研究,设计了基于基准地价修正法的高速公路土地资产价值评估算法,对后续高速公路土地资源管理平台建设,具有良好的借鉴和推广价值。

The construction of expressway land resources management platform is of great significance to improve the level of expressway land planning and management and give full play to the value of land resources.In order to realize the overall planning and management of the expressway land resources,the overall framework of the expressway land resources management platform is designed.Aiming at the problems of complex format,large amount of information of land resource data and lack of data support in land resource evaluation,this paper carries out the research on data collection,storage and management technology,and designs the expressway land asset value evaluation algorithm based on the land datum value method,which has good reference and promotion value for the subsequent construction of expressway land resource management platform.
