摘要
目的了解金湖县2019年计划怀孕夫妇免费孕前优生健康检查结果及健康情况,采取有针对性孕前干预,预防出生缺陷。方法对2019年在金湖县妇幼保健所接受免费孕前优生健康检查的夫妇询问病史、开展体格检查、实验室检查、B超检查,对检查结果进行分析。结果 1 044对育龄夫妇中,病史询问异常者117人,异常率为5.60%;常规体格检查异常者111人,异常率为5.32%;生殖系统异常者255人,异常率为12.21%;女性妇科B超检查异常者69人,异常率为6.61%。实验室检查女性检查异常前3位的分别是白带常规329人,异常率为31.51%;尿常规324人,异常率为31.03%;甲状腺功能136人,异常率为13.03%。男性检查异常前3位的分别是尿常规156人,异常率为14.94%;肝功能82人,异常率为7.85%;乙肝病毒感染27例,感染率为2.59%。结论金湖县计划怀孕夫妇孕前优生健康检查结果不容乐观。
Objective To understand the risk factors affecting eugenics before pregnancy of couples planning to conceive in Jinhu county in 2019,take targeted pre-pregnancy intervention, so as to prevent birth defects. Methods Couples who received free pre-pregnancy eugenics health examination in Jinhu county maternal and child health care center in 2019 were asked for medical history, physical examination, laboratory examination and B-ultrasound examination, the results were analyzed. Results Among 1 044 couples of childbearing age, the number of abnormal cases was 117(5.60%).The abnormal rate of normal health examination was 111(5.32%).The abnormal rate of reproductive system was 255(12.21%).There were 69 women with abnormal gynecological B-ultrasound examination, and the abnormal rate was 6.61%.The top 3 abnormal female laboratory tests were leucorrhea routine 329 people, the abnormal rate was 31.51%;urine routine 324 people, the abnormal rate was 31.03%;and thyroid function 136 people, the abnormal rate was 13.03%.The top 3 abnormal male examination were urine routine examination 156 people, the abnormal rate was 14.94%;liver function 82 people, the abnormal rate was 7.85%;hepatitis B virus infection 27 people, the abnormal rate was 2.59%. Conclusion The results of pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination of planned pregnancy couples in Jinhu county are not optimistic.
