70家木质玩具制造企业木粉尘超标监测结果及分析

Monitoring results and analysis of exceeding standard of wood dust among seventy wooden toy manufactures

目的为了解木质玩具制造行业职业卫生现状,对某区70家木质玩具制造企业进行职业病危害因素监测分析。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》和《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》进行职业病危害因素的布点和采样,并对检测结果进行分析。结果70家木质玩具制造企业多为中小型私营企业(94.3%),木粉尘超标严重,不合格率为34.5%。结论结合现场具体调查情况,重点从车间布局、工艺设计、通风除尘及车间管理等方面分析木粉尘超标原因,并提出合理化建议。

Objective To investigate the current situation of occupational health in wooden toy manufacturers,and analyze the surveillance results of occupational hazardous factors among 70 wooden toy manufacturers.Methods Distribution and sampling were carried out on the risk factors of occupational disease according to the Hygienic Standard for Industrial Enterprise Design and Sampling Specification for Monitoring Hazardous Substances in The Air in The Workplace,and the testing results were analyzed.Results The results showed that most of the seventy manufacturers are small and medium-sized private enterprise(94.3%).The unqualified rate of wood dust was 34.5%,which exceeded the standard seriously.Conclusion Combined with the specific investigation situation on site,the reasons of wood dust exceeding standard are analyzed from the aspects of workshop layout,process design,ventilation and dust removal and workshop management,and reasonable suggestions are put forward.
