不同施药方法及药剂防治黄芩立枯病的田间药效试验

摘要 本研究基于药剂浸苗处理和药剂行沟土壤处理两种施药方法,比较各药剂对黄芩立枯病的田间防治效力。结果表明:300g/L醚菌·啶酰菌悬浮剂1000倍液做浸苗处理和做行沟土壤处理的防效均最高,分别为74.58%和67.92%;250g/L嘧菌酯悬浮剂800倍液两种处理方式下防效均最低,分别为55.03%和41.22%;各药剂浸苗处理的防效均高于行沟土壤处理,其中药剂30%噻呋·嘧菌酯悬浮剂1000倍液和250g/L戊唑醇水乳剂800倍液做浸苗处理时也取得了良好的防效,分别为73.12%、71.74%。 In this study,the field efficacy of insecticides against rhizobia of Scutellaria baicalensis was compared based on two application methods,namely seedling immersion treatment and soil treatment in ditch treatment.The results showed that the highest control efficacy was found in the treatment of leaching seedlings and in the treatment of ditch soil,which were 74.58%and 67.92%,respectively,with the suspension of 300g/L Etherobacteria·Aridylbacillus 1000 times.The control efficacy of 250g/L pyrimethanil suspension in 800 times solution was the lowest,55.03%and 41.22%,respectively.The control efficacy of each agent leaching seedling treatment was higher than that of gully soil treatment,among which the good control efficacy of 30%thiofuropyrimethyl suspension solution 1000 times and 250g/L pentazolol water emulsion solution 800 times were 73.12%and 71.74%respectively when leaching seedling treatment.
