摘要 采用不同的始锻温度和终锻温度对Q235-CrV新型建筑用钢进行了锻造,并进行了腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随始锻温度和终锻温度的升高,钢试样的腐蚀电位先正移后负移,腐蚀质量损失先减小后增大,耐腐蚀性能先提升后下降。1250℃始锻和700℃终锻的试样的腐蚀电位最正,腐蚀质量损失最小。Q235-CrV钢的锻造工艺参数优选为:1250℃始锻温度、750℃终锻温度。 Q235-CrV steel for new building was forged by using different initial forging temperatures and final forging temperatures, and the corrosion performance was tested and analyzed. The results show that the corrosion potential of the steel sample shifts positively first and then negatively. The corrosion mass reduction value decreases first and then increases, and the corrosion resistance increases first and then decreases. The corrosion potential of the samples forged at initial forging temperature of 1250 ℃ and final forging temperature of 700 ℃ is the most positive, and the corrosion mass reduction value is the smallest. The optimum forging process parameters of Q235-CrV steel are the initial forging temperature of 1250 ℃ and the final forging temperature of 750 ℃.
