石油石化企业物流能力评价研究

Study on Logistics Capability Evaluation of Petroleum and Petrochemical Enterprises

随着我国石油石化产品市场需求逐渐扩大,对相应企业的物流能力提出了更高的要求。文章依据访谈资料,运用扎根理论提炼石油石化企业物流能力评价指标体系,进一步基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对石油石化企业物流能力进行研究。从而为石油石化企业构建物流能力评价体系提供理论依据,并从建立高效的物流管理体系、培养物流专业人才和强化安全管理制度三方面,对石油石化企业物流能力提升提出对策建议。

With the gradual expansion of the market demand for petroleum and petrochemical products in China,higher requirements are put forward for the logistics capacity of the corresponding enterprises.Based on the interview data,this paper uses grounded theory to refine the evaluation index system of logistics capability of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,and further studies the logistics capability of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the construction of logistics capability evaluation system of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of logistics capability of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises from three aspects:the establishment of efficient logistics management system,the cultivation of logistics professionals and the strengthening of safety management system.
