摘要
文章主要研究利用废弃物贝尔法赤泥替代传统矿粉做填料对沥青及沥青混合料路用性能的影响。结果表明:贝尔法赤泥与传统矿粉混合做填料的沥青胶浆高温性能均好于传统矿粉的效果,最佳替代量为75%;沥青胶浆的低温性能和施工性能要求粉胶比不能过高,要满足相应范围。贝尔法赤泥做填料的沥青混合料温度稳定性较好,明显优于传统矿粉沥青混合料;但贝尔法赤泥沥青混合料的水稳定性较低,当与矿粉共混做填料时,沥青混合料的水稳定性可显著提高,并且当赤泥替代量为50%时沥青混合料水稳定性最高。
In this paper,the performances of asphalt binder and asphalt mixture are studied by using Bayer red mud instead of conventional limestone powder as filler.The results show that the high temperature performance of asphalt binder with Bayer red mud is better than that of traditional powder,a nd 75%is the best replacement.The low temperature performance and construction performance of asphalt binder require the F/A not be too high,and it must meet a certain range.Temperature stability of asphalt mixture with Bayer red mud is the best.The performance is obviously better than that of asphalt mixture with traditional mineral powder,but the water stability of asphalt mixture with Bayer red mud is the lowest.When Bayer red mud is mixed with mineral powder as filler in asphalt mixture,the water stability of asphalt mixture increases significantly,and the water stability of asphalt mixture is the highest when the replacement of Bayer red mud is 50%.
