Design of a Vibration-damped Loading Platform for Satellite Transport

摘要 针对公路运输中存在加速度与冲击振动等问题,结合多品种卫星兼容性及公路运输的平稳性要求,提出具有减振能力的运输装载台.详细设计装载台与运输包装箱的接口结构及减振装置布置,利用Nastran软件仿真分析装载台对冲击加速度的响应;利用模拟负载开展全流程运输测试.结果表明:在卫星安装位置频率大于13 Hz后,传递率都小于0.2,减振效果很明显;设计的装载台操作、转运灵活,减振性能良好,能够满足产品运输的兼容性及减振要求. In the view of the problems of acceleration and shock vibration in road transport,a transport loading platform with vibration damping capability is proposed,taking into account the compatibility of multi-species satellites and the smooth requirement of road transport.The interface structure between the loading platform and the container and the arrangement of the vibration damping device are designed in detail,and the response of the loading platform to shock acceleration is simulated and analyzed by using Nastran software.A full process transport test was carried out by using simulated loads.The results showed that the transfer rate is less than 0.2 at the satellite mounting position at frequencies greater than 13Hz,and the damping effect is obvious.It meets the requirements of compatibility and vibration damping of transported products.
