摘要 X70、X80等高级别管线钢采用超快冷及低温卷取的生产工艺,然而生产过程中普遍存在模型对带钢跟踪丢失、冷速较小产品性能不合及卷取温度波动等问题。为此,改造了层冷设备、开发了层冷区域冷检跟踪检测功能、优化了一级自动化过程控制及CTC模型控制参数等,使高级别厚规格管线钢冷却速率由20℃/s提高到30℃/s,解决了低温卷取带钢跟踪丢失及卷取温度波动大等问题,带钢性能显著改善,实现了高级别厚规格管线钢高效、低成本生产。 Ultra-fast cooling and low-temperature coiling production processes are adopted for high grade pipeline steels such as X70 and X80 adopt.However,there are common problems in the production process such as model tracking loss of strip,incompatibility of product performance with low cooling speed and coiling temperature fluctuations.Therefore,the layer cooling equipment was transformed,the cold metal detection(CMD)function in layer cooling area was developed,the first-level automatic control process and the CTC model control parameters were optimized,so that the cooling rate of high grade thick gauges of pipeline steel strip was increased from 20℃/s to 30℃/s,it solved the problems of strip tracking loss and large coiling temperature fluctuations,and the strip performance was significantly improved,the high-efficiency and low-cost production of high grade thick gauge pipeline steel strip was realized.
