怀旧风在袜子设计中的应用研究

Study on Application of Nostalgic Style in Socks Design

为设计出精美舒适的“童年”系列休闲袜,本文选用玩具和小吃作为怀旧风设计元素,以彩色精梳棉纱编织袜身,尼龙编织提花;选用MD-C310A全自动电脑袜机织造,实现了袜子编织与缝合一体成型;针对袜口组织、袜身图案及编织工艺参数制定了两套实验方案,通过对袜子的外观和舒适度进行对比分析,确定了最佳的上机工艺。

In order to design a beautiful and comfortable childhood series of casual socks,this paper chose toys and snacks as the design elements for the socks,using colored combed cotton yarns for knitting socks and nylon for jacquard,using MD-C310A automatic computer hosiery machine weaving socks,so the socks can be woven and stitched together.Two experimental schemes were developed for the structure of the top part of the socks,the patterns and the weaving process parameters.Through the comparison and analysis of appearance and comfort,the best knitting process was determined.
