基于GIS技术的森林资源专项调查研究

Special investigation and Study on Forest Resources of Unified Right Confirmation and Registration of Natural Resources

本文以森林资源状况调查为研究主体,探讨自然资源统一确权登记工作中森林资源调查这一类型自然资源状况调查的有效方法。森林资源调查基于GIS技术以“国土三调DLTB层”数据为基础底图,“林业一张图”数据作为属性参考图,叠加高分辨率遥感影像进行地类对照。由于国土三调图斑与森林资源管理“林业一张图”数据分类标准不一致,且图斑相交时会出现不同属性值情况,导致森林资源图斑属性填写有一定困难。本文针对这一问题给予相应对策建议,旨在为自然资源统一确权登记森林状况调查进行有益探索,为后续工作形成可复制、可推广的调查体系。

Based on the investigation of forest resources,this paper discusses the effective method of forest resources investigation in the unified registration of natural resources.Forest resources survey is based on GIS technology,taking"DLTB layer"data of the third national land survey project as the base map,and"one map of forestry"data as the attribute reference map.Due to the inconsistency between the data classification standard of the land three adjustment map and the forest resource management map,and the different attribute values when the map intersects,it is difficult to fill in the attribute of the forest resource map.In this paper,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given for the purpose of beneficial exploration for the unified forest status investigation of natural resources registration,and forming a replicable and and popularized investigation system for follow-up work.
