摘要
在高校的专业课程中融入思政元素是思政育人工作的重要方向,专业课教师也是开展思政教育不可或缺的力量。专业课教师要从升华教育教学的理念、坚守人才培养的使命、深化高校教师的职责、拓展思政教育的途径、落实立德树人的要务、遵循三全育人的根本等方面高站位、多维度理解课程思政的价值蕴涵,充分认清专业课程思政在潜移默化育人、激发价值认同、提升教育效能等方面的优势。专业课程思政建设要着眼于顶层统筹规划、教师能力提高、课程教学改革、评价方法探索等方面,发挥专业课程的特点,追求自然的思政融合,利用先进的教学手段,推进广泛的校企协同,开展高效能的专业课程思政教与学,实现专业知识传授、能力培养和价值引领的同向同行。
Integrating ideological and political elements into the professional courses of colleges and universities is an important direction of ideological and political education,and professional course teachers are also an indispensable force to carry out ideological and political education.Professional course teachers should understand the value implication of curriculum-based ideological and political education from these perspectives:the concept of education and teaching,the mission of personnel training,the responsibility of university teachers,the way of ideological and political education,the requirement of moral education,and the fundamental rules of all-staff education,whole-process education and all-round education.Professional course teachers should fully recognize the advantages of curriculum-based ideological and political education in imperceptibly educating people,stimulating value recognition,improving teaching efficiency and so on.The ideological and political construction of professional courses should be promoted in all directions from aspects including top-level planning,improvement of teachers moral education level,curriculum teaching reform,exploration of evaluation methods,etc.The curriculum-based ideological and political education should give full play to the characteristics of professional courses,pursue the natural integration of ideological and political education,use advanced teaching methods and promote a wide range of school-enterprise cooperation to achieve professional knowledge transfer,capacity-building and synergetic value leading.
