被动房产业核心竞争力构成——基于扎根理论的探索性研究

An Exploratory Study on the Composition of the Core Competitiveness of Passive Housing Industry——Based on Grounded Theory

解析核心竞争力的构成对推动被动房产业发展具有重要意义。以扎根理论为研究工具,以从事被动房产业相关人员为研究对象,通过深度访谈和文献综述系统分析被动房产业的核心竞争力构成,得到由5个核心范畴组成的核心竞争力构成理论模型。范畴包括宏观层面的因素(节能环保、国家政策与支持、产业间促进),直接或通过影响微观层面因素间接影响核心竞争力,以及微观层面的因素(建筑自身优势和产业内优势),直接影响核心竞争力。为建立并不断完善被动房产业发展路径提供理论依据和决策参考,对加快被动房产业发展速度、提高发展质量具有一定指导意义。

Revealing the composition of core competitiveness is significant to promote the development of passive housing industry.This research takes the grounded theory as the research tool and the related personnel engaged in the passive housing industry as the research object.The core competitiveness of the passive housing industry is systematically analyzed through in-depth interviews and literature review.The theoretical model of core competitiveness with five core categories is obtained.The category includes macro-level factors,i.e.,energy conservation and environmental protection,national policy and support,inter-industry promotion,directly or indirectly through the influence of micro-level factors on the core competitiveness.The category also includes micro-level factors,i.e.,own advantages and inter-industry advantages,to directly affect core competitiveness.These results provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the establishment and continuous improvement of the development path of passive housing industry.This study guides to improve the development progress and quality of passive housing industry.
