摘要
烧结原料的表面能和晶格缺陷是烧结的驱动力,结晶的完善程度是影响烧结矿产、质量的关键因素。本文结合近年来湘钢烧结应用的新技术和生产实践,探讨使用活性生石灰、优化燃料粒度、应用低水超厚料层技术、实施热风烧结及合理风量分布改造等烧结过程强化结晶的措施,实现烧结矿产、质量双提高,并解决低硅低碱度烧结引起的产、质量指标下降的难题。
Surface energy and lattice defects of sintered raw materials are the driving force of sintering,and the perfection of crystallization is the critical factor affecting the sinter production and quality.Based on the new technology and production practice of Xianggang sintering application in recent years,the use of activated quicklime,optimization of fuel particle size,application of low-water ultra-thick material layer technology,implementation of hot air sintering,reasonable reform of air volume distribution and other sintering processes used to enhance crystallization are discussed in this article.The improvement of both sinter production and quality are realized,and the problem of the decline of production and quality indicators caused by low silicon sintering and low basicity sintering is solved.
