越江隧道间隙的沉桩施工技术

摘要 结合工程实际,对在越江隧道间隙中进行沉桩的施工技术进行了介绍。针对极近隧道施工钢管桩的难点,采用环境友好度高的高频免共振振动锤和浮吊的施工技术,通过隧道变形监测等监测技术实时监测施工对隧道的影响情况,在高环境保护条件下顺利完成高难度沉桩作业,为今后类似项目的施工提供了借鉴。 Combined with the engineering practice,the construction technology of pile sinking in the gap of river crossing tunnel is introduced.In view of the difficulties in the construction of steel pipe pile near the tunnel,the construction technology of high frequency resonance-free vibration hammer and floating crane with high environmental friendliness is adopted.Through the monitoring technology such as tunnel deformation monitoring,the influence of construction on the tunnel is monitored in real time,and the high difficult pile sinking operation is successfully completed under the condition of high environmental protection,which can provide a reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
