摘要
区域轨道交通突发事件的救援工作是轨道交通安全系统工程中的重要组成部分。对于应急救援工作,从早期整体规划开始,在合适位置建立应急物资存储点,设计优化应急物资运输方案,以时间最短或者成本最少为约束,快速运输应急物资到紧急事件物资接收点,形成一套完备的应急方案。本文提出了一种针对区域轨道交通相关实际问题的整体规划模型,对区域轨道内站点以及区域路径进行分析建模,建立了一套双层规划模型,以物资存储点选址为上层规划模型,以物资优化运输为下层规划模型,运用双层遗传算法进行求解,建立科学合理的区域轨道交通应急救援方案。实验结果表明,该模型可以针对区域轨道交通内多中不同制式的交通运输方式,建立合理分布的物资存储点,在多目标多需求点的基础下,有效的实现协同配备应急物资。
The rescue of regional rail transit emergencies is an important part of rail transit safety system engineering.For emergency rescue work,it is important to start from the early overall planning,establish emergency material storage points at suitable locations,design and optimize emergency material transportation plans,and quickly transport emergency materials to the emergency material receiving point with the shortest time or the least cost constraints,and complete emergency plan.This paper proposes an overall planning model for practical problems related to regional rail transit,analyzes and models the stations and regional paths in the regional rail,and establishes a set of two-level planning models,taking the location of material storage points as the upper-level planning model.Taking the optimized transportation of materials as the lower-level planning model,the two-layer genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem,and a scientific and reasonable regional rail transit emergency rescue plan is established.Experimental results show that the model can establish reasonably distributed material storage points for multiple transportation modes of different standards in regional rail transit,and effectively realize the coordinated provision of emergency materials on the basis of multiple targets and multiple demand points.
