疾控中心检验人员职业危害及防护研究现状

Research status of occupational hazard and protection of CDC inspectors

疾控中心是疾病预防控制的业务机构,其主要是通过对疾病、残疾和伤害的预防控制,建设一个健康环境,从而维护社会的稳定,提高人们的健康生活水平。疾控中心的宗旨主要是以人才为根本,以科研为依托,以疾控为中心。近几年来,诸多职业危害因素,对疾控中心检验人员的身心健康造成威胁,这就需要疾控中心,在对疾病进行预防和控制的同时,加强对疾控中心检验人员职业危害进行分析,提出针对性的防护措施。其中最关键的就是需要引进先进的检验设备,由于检验相关设备设施和检验工作的实际效率以及水平之间存在着很大程度的关系,因此,对于目前存在的相关设备问题,相关部门需要加大科学技术和财政等方面的投入,创造出不同且先进的检验设备。本文综述了疾控中心检验人员职业危害影响因素相关进展及防护的现状,以期为疾控中心检验人员职业健康提供防护方案。

The center for disease control(CDC)is the business organization that manages the national disease prevention and control.The CDC mainly builds a healthy environment through prevention and control of diseases,disability and injury,so as to maintain the stability of society and improve people’s health and living standards.The purpose of CDC is to take talents as the foundation,scientific research as the support and disease prevention and control as the center.In recent years,many occupational hazard factors threaten the physical and mental health of CDC inspectors.This requires the CDC to strengthen the analysis of occupational hazards of CDC inspectors and put forward targeted protective measures while preventing and controlling diseases.Among them,the most critical is the need to introduce advanced inspection equipment.There is a great degree of relationship between the relevant equipment and facilities used for inspection and the actual efficiency and level of inspection work.Therefore,for the existing problems of relevant equipment,relevant departments need to increase investment in science and technology and finance to create different and advanced inspection equipment.In this paper,we review the progress of the influencing factors of occupational hazards and the status quo of protection for the inspectors in CDC,in order to provide protection scheme for the occupational health of the inspectors in CDC.
