国外图书馆、档案馆、博物馆合作现状及启示

Current Situation and Enlightenment of Cooperation Among Foreign Libraries,Archives and Museums

信息时代下,国外图书馆、档案馆和博物馆通过推动实现跨机构、跨领域合作,实现了整合数字文化资源,丰富了公共文化服务内容,提升了公共文化服务水平,对我国图博档三馆发展起借鉴启发作用。文章通过梳理国际性、区域性与国家层面上的三馆合作成功实践案例,提出实践中合作基础、信息技术、用户需求和多方力量支持是促进合作发展的有利因素,我国三馆合作中应树立合作理念、注重法规政策引导、建立资金保障和以用户需求为中心。

In the information age,foreign libraries,archives and museums realize the integration and enrichment of digital cultural resources,and improve the content and level of public cultural services by promoting cross-agency and cross-field cooperation,which can provide reference and inspiration for the development of libraries,archives and museums in China.By combing the successful practice of cooperation among libraries,archives and museums at the international,regional and national levels,this paper points out that the cooperation basis,information technology,users’needs and support by multiple forces are favorable factors for promoting the development of cooperation in practice,and that the cooperation of libraries,archives and museums in China should establish cooperation concept,pay attention to policy guidance,establish capital guarantee and focus on users’needs.
