摘要
为了探究叶面喷施多效唑对苎麻地上部生长及地下部生理特性的影响,以湘苎三号为试验材料进行不同浓度(0、50、100、150、200mg/L)多效唑处理。结果表明:多效唑能够有效抑制苎麻的株高,增加苎麻茎粗、叶片厚度、叶片数量,提高苎麻叶片的叶绿素相对含量、叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性,降低叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量;多效唑浓度为50~100mg/L时,苎麻地上部生物产量增加;多效唑能够增加根系生物量,提高根系活力,在浓度为50mg/L时根系活力最强;不同浓度的多效唑均能够提高苎麻根系超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。
In order to investigate the effects of leaf spraying of paclobutrazol on the growth and physiological characteristics of the aboveground and underground parts of ramie,Xiangzhu No.3 was used as the experimental material and treated with different concentrations(0,50,100,150,200 mg/L)of paclobutrazol.The results showed that paclobutrazol could effectively inhibit the plant height,increase the stem diameter,leaf number and leaf thickness,the relative chlorophyll content and peroxidase(POD)activity of ramie leaves,and reduce malondialdehyde(MDA)content of leaves.When the concentration was between 50-100 mg/L,the aboveground biological yield of ramie was increased.Paclobutrazol could increase root biomass and root activity,and the root activity was the strongest when the concentration was 50 mg/L.Paclobutrazol can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT).
