鱼藤酮在茄子中的残留行为和初步膳食风险评估 被引量:4

Residues Behavior and Preliminary Dietary Risk Assessment of Rotenone in Eggplant

摘要 [目的]明确茄子中鱼藤酮的残留水平及其可能存在的膳食摄入风险。[方法]通过在山东、辽宁、湖南、贵州、安徽省和河北等六地进行鱼藤酮在茄子中的规范性残留试验,样品经乙腈提取,固相萃取净化,UPLC-MS/MS检测,分析了鱼藤酮在茄子中的残留特性,并对其膳食摄入风险进行评估。[结果]消解试验结果表明:鱼藤酮在茄子中降解迅速,属于易降解农药,半衰期为0.25~0.78 d。按照56.25、84.375 g a.i./hm2用量,喷雾施药3次,施药间隔10 d,距末次施药后间隔3、5、7 d采样,茄子中鱼藤酮的最大残留量为0.004 mg/kg,残留中值为<0.0005 mg/kg。膳食摄入风险评估结果显示:我国普通成人的鱼藤酮的国家估计每日摄入量(NEDI)为0.00165μg/(kg·d),风险商值(RQ)为0.065。[结论]鱼藤酮在茄子中的残留水平不会对人类健康造成不可接受的慢性中毒风险。 [Aims] This study aims to clarify the residual level of rotenone in eggplant and its possible dietary intake risk. [Methods] The standardized residue test of rotenone in eggplant was carried out in Shandong, Liaoning, Hunan,Guizhou, Anhui and Hebei. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by solid phase extraction, and detected by UPLC-MS/MS. The residual characteristics of rotenone in eggplant and its dietary intake risk were evaluated. [Results] The results of the digestion test showed that rotenone was degraded rapidly in eggplant, and it was an easily degradable pesticide with a half-life of 0.25 to 0.78 d. According to the dosage of 56.25 and 84.375 g a.i./ha,spray for 3 times, with an interval of 10 days, and sampling at intervals of 3, 5, and 7 days after the last application. The maximum residual amount of rotenone in eggplant is 0.004 mg/kg. The median value is <0.0005 mg/kg. The results of the dietary intake risk assessment showed that the national estimated daily intake(NEDI) of rotenone for ordinary adults in China is 0.00165 μg/(kg·d), and the risk quotient(RQ) is 0.065. [Conclusions]The residual level of rotenone in eggplant will not cause unacceptable chronic poisoning risk to human health..
