摘要
随着地震、地质及洪涝等自然灾害多发频发,救援装备成为救灾应急力量体系的重要组成部分,中外围绕高机动、多功能、模块化、轻量化救援装备展开了深入的研究和应用。从快速抵达、救援处置、装备转场、协同救援及解决救援现场最后一公里的难题对中外的救援装备进行了论述,同时对中外救援装备的特点和性能进行了对比分析,提出了现有救援装备面临挑战问题,在此基础上提出了救援装备发展的方向和发展趋势,同时对救援机器人的发展进行了展望,以期对中国的应急救援装备的发展和处置能力的提升提供参考和借鉴。
With natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods occurred frequently,rescue equipment becom an important part of the disaster relief emergency force system,the in-depth research and application around high-mobility,multi-functional,modular,and lightweight for the rescue equipment in the domestic and overseas have been studied and applied.The rapid arrival,rescue disposal,equipment transfer,coordinated rescue and solving the last mile to the rescue site were the key problems to be solved for the rescue equipments.The superior performance and characteristics of foreign rescue equipment should be used for reference in order to improve the rescue disposal performance of domestic rescue equipment.The challenges faced by the existing rescue equipment,the development direction of rescue equipment and the development trend of rescue equipment were discussed,and the technical outlooks were also prospected,in order to provide reference for the development of emergency rescue equipment and the improvement of handling capabilities in China.
