周氏调本通络方对痰热瘀阻型糖尿病肾病患者的干预研究

Intervention Study of Zhou's Tiaoben Tongluo Recipe on Diabetic Nephropathy Patients with Phlegm-heat and Stasis-type Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察周氏调本通络方干预痰热瘀阻型糖尿病早期微血管并发症患者的疗效和安全性。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月苏州市中医医院门诊70例符合痰热瘀阻型的早期糖尿病肾病患者,按数字奇偶法分为周氏组与西药组,每组35例。周氏组给予口服周氏调本通络方加厄贝沙坦片治疗,西药组给予口服厄贝沙坦片治疗,观察患者空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、胱抑素C(CysC)和安全指标。结果①两组分别经过不同方案治疗后、FBG值、HbA1c值和ACR值较治疗前有不同程度下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②两组经过治疗后TGF-β1值和CysC值较治疗前都有所减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过两种不同方案治疗后,周氏组TGF-β1值和CysC值均低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗后周氏组治愈和显效率明显优于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论周氏调本通络方能够减轻痰热瘀阻型糖尿病临床症状,改善患者的生活质量,延缓糖尿病早期微血管病变的发生和发展。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Zhou's Tiaoben Tongluo Decoction in intervention of early microvascular complications of phlegm-heat stasis type diabetes.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,70 patients with early diabetic nephropathy in the outpatient department of Suzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine with phlegm-heat stasis obstruction were collected.According to the digital parity method,they were divided into Zhou's group and Western medicine group,each with 35 cases.The treatment group was given Zhou’s Tiaobentongluo prescription plus irbesartan tablets,and the western medicine group was given irbesartan tablets.Observed fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C),urine albumin/creatinine ratio(ACR),transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1),cystatin C(CysC)and safety indicators.Results①After the two groups were treated with different regimens,the FPG value,HbA1c value and ACR value decreased to different degrees from before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②After treatment,the value of TGF-β1 and CysC in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment with two different regimens,the values of TGF-β1 and CysC in Zhou's group were lower than those in the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③After treatment,Zhou's group was significantly better than the western medicine group in cure and apparent efficiency,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhou's Tiaoben Tongluo Recipe can alleviate clinical symptoms of phlegm-heat stasis type diabetes,improve the quality of life of patients,and delay the occurrence and development of early diabetic microangiopathy.
