医疗护理双路径一体化培训模式联合标准化病人培训在骨科专科护理培训中的应用

The Application of the Dual-path Integrated Training Model of Medical Nursing and Standardized Patient Training in Orthopedic Specialist Nursing Training

目的研究在骨科专科护理培训中采用医疗护理双路径一体化培训模式联合标准化病人培训的临床效果,为临床提供可靠的参考依据。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月期间该院骨科新入职的52名护理人员作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组26名。对照组给予常规培训模式,研究组采用医疗护理双路径一体化培训模式联合标准化病人培训,对比两组护理人员的培训情况。结果研究组护理人员在沟通能力、处理临床问题能力、学习主动性及团队协作意识等工作质量指标与对照组相比,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.312、22.477、14.765、10.984,P<0.05)。研究组护理人员在病情评估能力、临床思维能力、专题报告得分等指标的考核情况,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.101、18.388、23.478,P<0.05)。研究组医生及患者对护理人员工作的满意度均为(96.15%),对照组医生及患者对护理人员工作的满意度分别为69.23%、65.38%,研究组医生及患者对护理人员工作的满意情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.837、6.067,P<0.05)。结论在骨科专科护理的培训中,采用医疗护理双路径一体化培训模式联合标准化病人培训可有效的提升骨科专科护理培训质量,提升护理人员的综合能力,提高与临床医师的配合度,提升患者的满意度,值得在临床护理培训中广泛应用及推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the dual-path integrated training model of medical nursing combined with standardized patient training in orthopedic specialist nursing training,so as to provide a reliable reference for clinical practice.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,52 newly recruited nursing staff in the orthopedics department of the hospital were selected as the research objects for analysis,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,26 in each group.The control group was given the regular training mode,and the study group was used dual-path integrated training model of medical care is combined with standardized patient training,and then the training situation of the two groups of nursing staff was compared.Results The nursing staff in the study group were significantly better than the control group in terms of communication skills,ability to deal with clinical problems,learning initiative,and teamwork awareness.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=15.312,22.477,14.765,10.984,P<0.05).The nursing staff in the study group were better than the control group in the assessment of disease assessment ability,clinical thinking ability,and special report scores.The assessment between the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.101,18.388,23.478,P<0.05).The satisfaction of doctors and patients in the study group with the work of nursing staff was 96.15%,while the satisfaction of doctors and patients in the control group with the work of nursing staff were 69.23%and 65.38%,respectively.The doctors and patients in the study group were obviously satisfied with the work of nursing staff.Better than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.837,6.067,P<0.05).Conclusion In the training of orthopedic specialist nursing,the dual-path integrated medical nursing training model combined with standardized patient training can effectively improve the quality of orthopedic specialist nursing training,enhance the comprehensive ability of nurses,improve cooperation with clinicians,and improve patients’satisfaction,which is worthy of being widely used and promoted in clinical nursing training.
