摘要
分析了食品科学与工程专业食品机械特色人才培养的必要性,结合江苏大学农机背景在食品工程领域的学科优势,确定食品机械特色培养模式,重点从专业建设、工程实践、教师队伍和培养目标4个维度进行讨论,为食品机械特色的综合性人才培养目标提出了有益思路,以更好地服务国家战略和产业需求。
Necessity of food machinery professional personnel training was analyzed. And then characteristic cultivation modes of Food Machinery major were discussed,combined with academic advantages of Jiangsu University in the field of Agricultural Machinery. This study focused on discussion of four dimensions of specialty construction,engineering practice,teacher team,and cultivating targets,and beneficial ideas were put forward for comprehensive targets of talent-cultivating on Food Machinery major,to better serve national strategy and industrial needs.
