聚乳酸基复合骨组织修复材料的研究现状及进展 被引量:4

摘要 综述了聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料在骨组织工程材料中的研究进展;总结了国内外关于PLA复合材料的组成成分、合成工艺、加工方法及相对应的力学、生物学性能等方面的研究概况;梳理了PLA复合材料组成、结构与性能的相互关系,对PLA复合材料在骨组织修复材料中的应用发展前景进行了展望。 This paper reviewed the recent research progress in the poly(lactic acid)⁃based composite materials used for bone tissue engineering and summarized their compositions,preparation and synthesis technologies,processing methods,and mechanical and biological properties.The relationship between the composition,structure and performance of the composite materials was clarified.The development trend of the composite materials was prospected.
