摘要 针对农业饲料加工包装自动化程度不高的问题,以西门子S7-200型PLC为核心设计饲料加工包装自动化系统。系统上位机部分由PC为核心的中央监控平台构成,下位机部分由组态监控界面、来料运输机构、捣碎加工机构、分拣包装机构等组成,能够对粗加工饲料进行自动化精加工和包装入库,且能够实现对整个生产过程的触摸控制和动态监控,自动化水平较高,具有一定的农业生产应用价值。 Aiming at the problem of low degree of automation in agricultural feed processing and packaging,a feed processing and packaging automation system is designed with Siemens S7-200 PLC as the core.The upper computer part of the system is composed of a central monitoring platform with a PC as the core.The lower computer part is composed of a configuration monitoring interface,an incoming material transportation mechanism,a crushing processing mechanism,a sorting and packaging mechanism,etc.,which can perform automatic finishing and finishing of rough processed feed.It is packaged and stored,and can realize touch control and dynamic monitoring of the entire production process,with a high level of automation,and has certain agricultural production application value.
