摘要
游客感知因素研究有助于指导后疫情时代旅游业复苏后景区高质量发展。本文主要使用Python爬虫技术,采集2020年游客浏览岳阳市景区后的点评文本数据,并以此为研究对象,运用Arcgis10.2、评价分级模型等方法进行深入探讨分析。通过分析发现,游客时空分布呈岳阳市南北多核集聚状态,多在6月、10月于特色自然资源丰富或历史文化底蕴深厚的景区出游;其次游客旅游意向主要偏向于岳阳市市区及交通便捷处景区,倾向于集体出游,游客对景区的建设、管理略感不足,但总体感知趋于满意。因此应着力针对冷门旅游景点,深度挖掘历史文化内涵,创新景区特色产品;开辟近郊游市场,探寻新旅游方式;加大景区投入,改善旅游景区支持环境。
The study of tourist perception factors under epidemic situation is helpful to guide the high-quality development of scenic spots after the recovery of tourism in the post-epidemic era.In this paper,Python crawler technology was used to collect the text data of tourists'comments after visiting the scenic spots in Yueyang during the epidemic period of 2020.Based on these data,the methods of Arcgis10.2 and evaluation and classification model were used to analyze the situation.Through the analysis,it was found that the spatial and temporal distribution of tourists during the epidemic period was in the state of multi-nucleus gathering in the north and south of Yueyang,and most of them traveled in June and October in the scenic spots with rich natural resource features or rich historical culture.Secondly,the tourist intention is mainly inclined to go to the downtown area of Yueyang and the scenic spots with convenient transportation,and tends to go out in groups.Therefore,in the post-epidemic era,we should focus on the rare scenic spots,deeply excavate the historical and cultural connotation,innovate the characteristic products of scenic spots,open up the suburban parade market,explore the new tourism way,increase the investment of scenic spots,and improve the supporting environment of scenic spots.
