流感疫苗在中国的应用

Application of influenza vaccine in China

流行性感冒(流感)由于其传染性强,且缺乏疗效肯定的特异性治疗药物,一直是威胁人类生命健康的重要公共卫生问题,当今,预防和控制流感病毒感染最经济、最有效的手段是及时接种流感疫苗。尤其在慢性病人群中,及时接种流感疫苗可以降低慢性病及其相关并发症的发作,也可以预防慢性病患者流感样病例的发生。但是,在中国目前全人群的流感疫苗接种率偏低,因此,在广大群众中加强宣传和健康教育,开展重点人群干预,提高流感疫苗接种率具有重要的意义。

Influenza(flu) has always been an important public health problem threatening human life and health due to its highly contagious nature and lack of specific therapeutic drugs with certain curative effects. Today,the most economical and effective means to prevent and control influenza virus infection is the timely vaccination of influenza vaccine. Especially in people with chronic diseases,timely vaccination of influenza vaccine can reduce the onset of chronic diseases and related complications,and can also prevent the occurrence of influenza-like cases in patients with chronic diseases. However,the current influenza vaccination rate for the entire population in China is low. Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen publicity and health education among the general public,carry out interventions in key populations,and increase the influenza vaccination rate.
