摘要
为了研究硅粉对透水混凝土性能的影响,确定硅粉的最优掺量,制备10组试件进行不同硅粉掺量下透水混凝土7 d、28 d的抗压试验,并测试28 d透水混凝土的透水系数和有效孔隙率。试验结果表明,随着硅粉掺量的增加,透水混凝土的有效孔隙率、透水系数和7 d、28 d的抗压强度均先增加后减小。得到透水混凝土硅粉的最优掺量为10%,此时的透水混凝土抗压强度为20.2 MPa,透水系数为3.02 mm/s,有效孔隙率为21.56%。
In order to study the influence of silicon powder on the performance of permeable concrete,the optimal dosage of silicon powder is determined.Ten groups of specimens were prepared for 7 d and 28 d compressive tests of permeable concrete with different silica fume contents,and the permeability coefficient and effective porosity of 28 d permeable concrete were tested.The test results show that with the increase of silica fume content,the effective porosity,permeability coefficient and the compressive strength of 7 d and 28 d of pervious concrete increase first and then decrease.The optimal content of silica fume in pervious concrete is 10%,and the compressive strength of pervious concrete is 20.2 MPa,the permeability coefficient is 3.02 mm/s,and the effective porosity is 21.56%.
