福建省农业环境效率及影响因素分析——基于EBM模型和面板模型Tobit

Analysis of Agricultural Environmental Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors in Fujian Province——Based on EBM Model and Panel Tobit Model

本文运用EBM模型和随机面板Tobit模型对福建省2000~2017年9地市农业环境效率进行测算,并分析了福建省农业环境效率的地市间差异及影响因素。结果表明,2000~2017年,福建省农业环境效率总体呈下降趋势,地区之间差异明显,人均农业增加值与农业环境效率之间存在"正U型"库兹涅茨曲线关系,对外开放水平对环境效率产生正的影响效应,而工业化水平、城乡收入差距和农药使用强度对福建省农业环境效率产生负的影响效应。

The EBM model and the random panel Tobit model are used to measure the agricultural environmental efficiency of the nine cities in Fujian Province from 2000 to 2017, and to analyze the influencing factors of the agricultural environmental efficiency. The results show that the agricultural environmental efficiency shows a general downward trend in Fujian Province, and the differences between the regions are obvious. There is a "positive U-shaped" Kuznets curve relationship between the agricultural added value per capita and the agricultural environmental efficiency. The level of openness has a positive impact on environmental efficiency, while the level of industrialization,the income gap of urban-rural and the intensity of pesticide have a negative impact on the efficiency of agricultural environmental in Fujian Province.
