会计专业“课证训赛融通”人才培养模式实现路径——基于“大智移物云”时代背景

The Talent Cultivation Model of Accounting Major “Class Certificate Training Competition Integration” in the Era of “Great Wisdom Moving Cloud Block-chain” Realization Path

基于"大智移物云"时代背景下对财会人才素质和能力的新要求,重点探讨了"课证训赛融通"人才培养模式的内涵、在会计学专业的实现路径和保障机制,以期对高校会计学专业人才培养提供参考。为提升会计学专业人才培养质量,高校应优化人才培养顶层设计,持续重构课程体系;着力推进各类学科竞赛,提高学生"智能财务"素养;引进实习实训云平台,助力学生实践动手能力的提升。同时,应从制度建设、师资培训等方面做好保障。

Based on the background of"Great Wisdom Moving Cloud Block-chain"and its new requirements for the quality and ability of the accounting talents,this paper focuses on the connotation of the talent cultivation model of"Class Certificate Training Competition Integration",and its realization path and guarantee mechanism in accounting major.This paper also looks forward to providing references for the cultivation of accounting professionals in colleges and universities.In order to improve the quality of accounting talents training,colleges and universities should first optimize the top-level design of talents training and continuously reconstruct the curriculum system.Besides,focusing on promoting various competitions to improve students’"smart finance"literacy.The introduction of internship training cloud platform will help develop practical skills simultaneously.At the same time,colleges and universities should do a well guarantee on institutional construction,teaching training and others aspects.
