摘要
本文研究了2种高密度聚乙烯HD-1和HD-2的结构差别,对其基础性能、分子量及分布、热性能、拉伸流变性能以及力学性能进行了综合分析。结果表明,2种高密度聚乙烯的密度、熔融温度以及结晶度相近,与HD-2相比,HD-1的分子量分布更宽,具有更宽的加工适应范围。从力学性能来看,HD-2有更高的冲击强度。
The structural differences between two high-density polyethylene HD-1 and HD-2 were studied,their basic properties,molecular weight and distribution,thermal properties,tensile rheological properties and mechanical properties,were comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that the density,melting temperature and crystallinity of the two high-density polyethylenes were similar.Compared with HD-2,HD-1 had a wider molecular weight distribution and a wider range of processing adaptability.From the perspective of mechanical properties,HD-2 had higher impact strength.
