摘要
为了分析研究地域性材料在市政道路高品质沥青路面中的合理利用形式,通过前期粗集料调研,针对福州滨海新城区域内储量较大的凝灰岩粗集料地域特点,开展室内试验、配合比设计、试验段验证等,分析了凝灰岩物理力学性能指标,不同颗粒类型、沥青含量等情况下改性沥青玛蹄脂混合料的高温稳定性能等。结果表明:在凝灰岩颗粒形状规则情况下,采用改性沥青进行配合比设计,凝灰岩沥青玛蹄脂混合料的路用性能符合我国相关规范的要求,可使性能大幅提升。
In order to research the rational use of ground material in high-quality asphalt pavement of municipal roads,through previous coarse aggregate survey,laboratory tests,mix design and test section verification were carried out for tuff with large reserves in Fuzhou Binhai New Town. The physical and mechanical of tuff and basalt,the high temperature stability of modified asphalt mastic mixture under different particle types and asphalt content were compared. The results show that under the condition of regular shape of tuff particles,by using modified asphalt for mix design,the road performance of tuff asphalt mastic mixture meets the requirements of China specifications,and its dynamic stability index is greatly improved.
