摘要
针对目前人工裁切表面贴塑PVC泡沫板过程中出现的切槽深度控制不到位、切割线不齐、板材折叠困难、生产效率低、劳动强度大且废品率高等问题,设计了自动裁切装置。在分析现有生产工艺的基础上对该装置的整体功能进行了设计,该装置主要由送料系统、裁切系统和气动系统组成,可实现表面贴塑PVC泡沫板的自动送料以及裁切加工的数字化、自动化。实际使用过程表明,该装置操作简单,运行稳定可靠,可显著提高生产效率,降低人工成本。
Aiming at the problems existing at present in the manual cutting for surface sticking PVC foam board, such as the cutting depth control is not in place,the cutting line is uneven, the sheet folding is difficult, the production efficiency is low, and the labor intensity is high and the scrap rate is high, etc., the automatic cutting device was designed. Based on the analysis of the existing production process, the overall function of the device was designed, the device was mainly composed of feeding system, cutting system and pneumatic system, it can realize the automatic feeding for surface sticking PVC foam board, and digitization and automation of cutting process. The practical application shows that the device has the advantages of simple operation, stable and reliable operation, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor cost.
