摘要
当前,国内很多城市都相继在施行旧房改造项目,旧城区已然进入重新规划阶段。因此,本文围绕合肥经开旧房改造中存在的一系列问题进行优化设计,比如机械化的组织结构、碎片化的项目内容、形式化的参与模式以及单一的融资结构等。针对上述的问题进行重新改造,即将组织结构调整合理、改造内容有所提高、参与模式变为有效、融资模式有所创新等,从这几方面提出合理化的建议,将老旧小区改造项目提上日程,落到实处。
At present,many cities in China are implementing old residential quarters renovation projects successively,and the old urban area has entered the stage of re-planning.Therefore,this article optimizes the design regarding a series of problems existing in the old residential quarters renovation process of Hefei Economic Development Zone,such as mechanized organizational structure,fragmented project content,formalized participation mode,and single financing structure.In response to the above-mentioned problems,the renewal and reconstruction are performed,including the rational adjustment of the organizational structure,improvement of the renovation content,effective participation mode,and innovation of financing mode.This article proposes reasonable suggestions for the above issues,and put the old residential quarters renovation project on the schedule and implement it completely.
