异位发酵床垫料水分蒸发规律试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究环境温湿度及发酵温度对垫料水分蒸发的影响规律。本研究通过BBD试验设计法设计了四因素三水平正交试验,以谷壳和发酵床垫料为试验物料,选取发酵时温度、垫料的初含水率、外界环境温度和湿度四个试验因素来研究对垫料水分蒸发量的影响。结果表明:发酵时温度、外界环境温度和湿度对发酵床运行过程中水分蒸发量影响显著,当所选物料为谷壳时,垫料的初含水率不显著,当所选物料为发酵床垫料时,垫料的初含水率对发酵床运行过程中水分蒸发量影响显著。且在发酵时温度为70℃,垫料的初含水率为60%,外界环境温度为35℃,外界环境湿度为70%的试验条件下发酵床运行过程中水分蒸发量最大。通过多元线性回归方法,得到了两种物料的水分蒸发量与发酵时温度、垫料的初含水率、外界环境温度和湿度等四个因素的回归模型。本研究为确定合理加入粪污量,调节水分提供理论基础,及为以后含水率检测传感器的设计提供研究基础。 In order to study the effect of ambient temperature and humidity and fermentation temperature on the water evaporation of bedding material.In this study,four factors and three levels of orthogonal experiment were designed by BBD experimental design method.Taking rice husk and fermentation mattress material as experimental materials,four experimental factors including fermentation temperature,initial moisture content of the cushion,external environment temperature and humidity were selected to study the influence on water evaporation capacity of the cushion.The results showed that temperature,ambient temperature and humidity had significant influence on water evaporation during the operation of the fermentation bed;when the selected material was rice husk,the initial water content of the cushion material was not significant;when the selected material was fermentation mattress material,the initial water content of the cushion material had significant influence on water evaporation during the operation of the fermentation bed.In addition,the maximum moisture evaporation occurred during the operation of the fermentation bed under the experimental conditions of 70℃,60%initial moisture content of the cushion,35℃external environmental temperature and 70%external environmental humidity.By means of multiple linear regression method,the regression models of four factors,such as water evaporation and fermentation temperature of the two materials,initial moisture content of the cushion,ambient temperature and humidity,were obtained.This study provides a theoretical basis for determining the reasonable amount of adding feces,regulating water,and providing a research basis for the design of moisture content detection sensor in the future.
