分析乳腺非特殊型浸润性导管癌Luminal B-HER-2(-)型和Luminal B-HER-2(+)型乳腺断层摄影征象 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨乳腺非特殊型浸润性导管癌Luminal B-HER-2(-)型和Luminal B-HER-2(+)型临床病理特征及影像征象。方法搜集行数字乳腺断层合成摄影(DBT)及全屏数字化乳腺X线摄影(FFDM),并手术病理证实Luminal B型浸润型导管癌364例,对影像征象进行统计分析。结果乳腺非特殊型浸润性导管癌Luminal B-HER-2(-)型和Luminal B-HER-2(+)型在肿块大小(χ^(2)=10.619,P=0.005)、肿块边缘(χ^(2)=11.663,P=0.003)、钙化分布(χ^(2)=38.023,P=0.000)、钙化形态(χ^(2)=10.792,P=0.013)差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论初步区分非特殊型浸润性导管癌Luminal B-HER-2(-)型和Luminal B-HER-2(+)型的影像征象,为临床治疗提供诊断依据。 Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features and imaging signs of non-specific invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast between Luminal B-HER-2(-) type and Luminal B-her-2(+) type. Methods 364 cases of non-specific invasive ductal breast carcinoma were examined by full-field digital mammography(FFDM) and Digital breast tomosynthesis(DBT),and were confirmed by surgical pathology.The image signs were analyzed statistically. Results Luminal B-HER-2(-)type and Luminal B-HER-2(-) type were statistically differences in tumor size(χ^(2)=10.619,P=0.005)、tumor margin(χ^(2)=11.663,P=0.003)、calcium distribution(χ^(2)=38.023,P=0.000)and calcification morphology(χ^(2)=10.792,P=0.013)(All P<0.05). Conclusion the image signs of Luminal B-HER-2(-) and Luminal B-HER-2(+) types of non-specific invasive ductal carcinoma were preliminarily distinguished, which provide diagnostic basis for clinical treatment.
