摘要
目的探究信息-知识-信念-行为的健康教育模式在急性胰腺炎中的应用价值。方法选取陕西省汉中市三二〇一医院2020年1月至10月收治的130例急性胰腺炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上采用信息-知识-信念-行为的健康教育理念。比较两组的遵医行为、自我护理能力和生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的遵医行为依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组各项自我护理能力评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组SF-36健康调查简表各项维度评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床急性胰腺炎患者的护理干预中,信息-知识-信念-行为的健康教育模式的应用,可提升患者的遵医行为,以及提高患者的自我护理能力和生活质量。
Objective To explore the application value of health education mode of information-knowledge-belief-behavior in acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 130 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to 3201 Hospital of Hanzhong City,Shaanxi Province from January to October 2020 were selected,according to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group receuved the health education concept of information-knowledge-belief-behavior on the basis of the control group,the compliance behavior,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After the interrention,the compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Scores of self-care ability in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions in the short from health survey-36 in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In nursing intervention of patients with clinical acute pancreatitis,the application of health education mode of information-knowledge-belief-behavior can improve patients’compliance behavior,self-care ability and quality of life.
