优化一次性护理垫使用在内镜治疗围术期中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Optimizing the Use of Disposable Nursing Pads in Endoscopic Treatment of Perioperative Period

目的探讨优化一次性护理垫使用在内镜治疗围术期患者的临床应用效果。方法2019年8月-2020年1月采用非随机、非同时期对照研究,选取某三级甲等综合医院内镜中心接受结肠镜检查的600例患者,按照就诊时间分为试验组与对照组,每组各300例。试验组采用一次性护理垫方案,对照组采用常规检查裤方案。比较两组的安全隐患情况、术野暴露度、术后躯体清洁度、床单位清洁度及患者满意度情况。结果试验组发生安全隐患问题低于对照组(χ^(2)=5.971,P<0.05),且术后患者躯体及床单位清洁度情况均优于对照组(χ^(2)=6.027、9.590,P<0.05),但两组在术野暴露方面及患者满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论优化一次性护理垫使用方案应用于内镜治疗围术期可以简化护理流程,降低患者安全隐患问题且不易造成患者躯体及床单位的污染,同时有满意的术野暴露度,为临床实践提供安全、简便、实用的方法。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of optimizing the use of disposable nursing pads for endoscopic treatment of perioperative patients.Methods From August 2019 to January 2020,a non-randomized,non-contemporaneous controlled study was used to select 600 patients who underwent colonoscopy in the endoscopy center of a tertiary general hospital,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the time of consultation,300 cases in each group.The experimental group was used a disposable nursing pad program,and the control group was used a routine check pants program.The safety hazards,surgical field exposure,postoperative body cleanliness,bed unit cleanliness and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The potential safety hazards in the test group were lower than those in the control group(χ^(2)=5.971,P<0.05),and the cleanliness of the body and bed unit of patients after surgery were better than those in the control group(χ^(2)=6.027,9.590,P<0.05),but the two groups had no statistically significant difference in surgical field exposure and patient satisfaction(P>0.05).Conclusion Optimizing the use of disposable nursing pads in the perioperative period of endoscopic treatment can simplify the nursing process,reduce the potential safety hazards of patients,and is not easy to cause pollution of the patient’s body and bed unit.At the same time,it has satisfactory surgical field exposure,which provides safe,simple and practical method in clinical practice.
