精细化护理在服用华法林下肢深静脉血栓患者中的应用分析

The application of refined nursing in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity taking warfarin

目的探讨精细化护理措施在服用华法林下肢深静脉血栓患者中的应用效果。方法选取南华大学衡阳医学院附属第二医院血管外科2018年6月—2019年5月收治的45例患者作为对照组,采取常规护理措施;选取2019年6月—2020年5月收治的60例患者作为观察组,采取细化药品管理、夯实健康教育和优化管理模式的精细化护理措施。比较2组患者给药错误例数、满意度、服药依从性、国际标准化比值(international normalization ratio,INR)达标率以及出血发生率。结果观察组患者满意度、服药依从性、INR达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05),而给药错误例数和出血发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对服用华法林下肢深静脉血栓患者采取精细化护理措施,能有效提高患者的满意度、服药依从性,降低并发症发生率,提高抗凝管理水平,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing measures in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities treated with warfarin.Methods 45 patients admitted to the department of vascular surgery of our hospital from June 2019 to May 2019 were selected as the control group and routine nursing measures were taken.60 patients admitted from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the observation group,and refined nursing measures were taken to refine drug management,strengthen health education and optimize management mode.Patients in the two groups were compared in terms of the number of medication errors,satisfaction,medication compliance,international standardized ratio compliance rate and bleeding incidence.Results In the observation group,patients'satisfaction,medication compliance and INR compliance rate were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the number of medication errors and the incidence of bleeding were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing measures for patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities receiving warfarin can effectively improve patient satisfaction,medication compliance,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the level of anticoagulation management,and provide effective reference and basis for future clinical nursing safety work.
