养老护理员疏于照顾评估量表的编制及信效度检验

Development and reliability and validity test of elder neglect scale for geriatric nursing assistants

目的:编制养老护理员疏于照顾评估量表,并检验其信效度。方法:以情境理论为理论基础,通过查阅文献、概念分析和半结构化访谈构建量表条目池,经过专家函询和预试验形成量表修订版,对407名养老护理员进行问卷调查,检验量表的信效度。结果:形成的养老护理员疏于照顾评估量表包含身体忽视、心理忽视、经济忽视和医疗忽视4个维度,共17个条目。量表总的Cronbach's α系数为0.877,各维度的Cronbach's α系数为0.764~0.944。量表总的重测信度为0.944,各维度的重测信度为0.892~0.968。量表水平的内容效度(S-CVI)为0.992,条目水平的内容效度(I-CVI)为0.857~1.000。探索性因子分析提取出4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为68.140%。结论:编制的养老护理员疏于照顾评估量表具有良好的信效度,可以作为我国养老机构中养老护理员疏于照顾测评的工具。

Objective:To develop the elder neglect scale for geriatric nursing assistants,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Based on the situational theory,the items pool was formed through literature review,concept analysis and semi-structured interviews.After taking the expert's inquiry by letter and pre-test,the revised version of scale was developed.A total of 407 geriatric nursing assistants were selected as subjects.And the reliability and validity of scale were tested.Results:The final elder neglect scale for geriatric nursing assistants included following 4 dimensions:physical neglect,psychological neglect,economic neglect and medical neglect,involving 17 items.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.877.And the Cronbach's α coefficients of each dimension ranged from 0.764 to 0.944.The retest reliability of the scale was 0.944.And the retest reliability of each dimension ranged from 0.892 to 0.968.The scale level-content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.992.And the item level-content validity indexs(I-CVI)ranged from 0.857 to 1.000.Exploratory factor analysis(EFA)extracted 4 common factors,whose cumulative contribution of variance accounted for 68.140%of total variance.Conclusions:The elder neglect scale for geriatric nursing assistants has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool for evaluating the elder neglect of the geriatric nursing assistants in nursing homes in China.
