摘要
液压支架立柱在降柱、受到冲击作用时,立柱液压缸内会出现突变载荷,严重时易造成液压缸及其控制阀的损坏。为了研究液控单向阀对突变载荷的影响,在AMESim中搭建了液压支架立柱的液压系统模型,分别对液压支架立柱降柱、受到冲击作用时的状态进行时域分析。提出了一种变阻尼液控单向阀,并在AMESim中搭建新型变阻尼液控单向阀模型进行仿真分析,得到了立柱液压缸的动态响应曲线。经对比仿真结果,变阻尼液控单向阀能有效降低突变载荷,提高了立柱液压系统的稳定性。为液压支架立柱的液压系统设计提供了重要参考。
When the prop of hydraulic support falls and is impacted, sudden load will appear in the hydraulic cylinder of the prop, which is easy to cause damage to the hydraulic cylinder and its control valve. In order to study the influence of hydraulic control check valve on sudden load, the hydraulic system model of hydraulic support prop was built in AMESim, and the time domain analysis of the state of hydraulic support prop falling and impacted was carried out respectively. A kind of variable damping hydraulic control check valve was proposed, and the new type of variable damping hydraulic control check valve model was built in AMESim for simulation analysis. The dynamic response curve of the prop hydraulic cylinder was obtained. By comparing the simulation results, the variable damping hydraulic control check valve can effectively reduce the sudden load and improve the stability of the prop hydraulic system. It provides an important reference for the hydraulic system design of hydraulic support prop.
