乡村振兴视域下延安市城乡融合发展路径研究

Study on Urban-rural Integration Development Path of Yan’an City from Perspective of Rural Revitalization

为实现乡村振兴战略,需要建立健全城乡融合发展的体制机制和政策体系。城乡融合发展旨在调动城市与乡村的主观能动性,使城市与乡村和谐共生、互促互进、共同发展。本文深入剖析延安市城乡融合发展的状况,发现延安市城乡融合发展存在土地资源利用程度低、空心化和老龄化问题严重、生活成本高和人才外流等问题,从巩固农业生产基础、实施以质促农战略、积极应对老龄化、优化人才发展环境提出了发展路径,以期促进延安市新型城镇化和乡村振兴融合发展。

In order to realize the rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to establish and improve the system,mechanism and policy system of urban-rural integration development.The urban-rural integration development aims to mobilize the subjective initiative of urban and rural areas,so that urban and rural areas can co-exist harmoniously,promote each other and develop together.This paper deeply analyzed the development status of urban-rural integration of Yan’an City.It was found that there were some problems such as the low degree of land resource utilization,hollowing out,the aging problems,high cost of living and the brain drain problem.From the consolidated agricultural production base,the implementation of quality to promote agricultural strategies,coping with ageing and optimizing the environment of talent development,the development path was put forward,in order to promote the integrated development of new urbanization and rural revitalization in Yan’an City.
