参与型护理联合共情护理对于老年抑郁患者的影响

Influence of participatory nursing combined with empathy nursing on senile depression patients

目的探讨参与型护理联合共情护理对于老年抑郁患者的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2021年2月沈阳静安精神卫生医院收治的106例老年抑郁患者作为研究对象,依据掷硬币法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=56)。观察两组干预前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、住院护士观察量表(NOSIE)评分、生活质量评分和应对方式评分,观察两组的依从性情况。结果干预前,两组的HAMD、NOSIE、生活质量评分和应对方式评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的生活质量评分和应对方式评分高于干预前,NOSIE、HAMD评分低于干预前,且观察组的生活质量评分和应对方式评分高于对照组,NOSIE、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参与型护理联合共情护理在老年抑郁患者中应用,可改善抑郁情绪,提高生活质量和应对能力,增强依从性。

Objective To explore the influence of participatory nursing combined with empathy nursing on senile depression patients.Methods A total of 106 elderly depressed patients treated in Shenyang Watson Mental Health Center from August 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the coin toss method,they were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=56).The scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),nurses observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE),quality of life and coping style were observed before and after the intervention of the two groups.The compliance of the two groups was also observed.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in scores of HAMD,NOSIE,quality of life and coping style between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,quality of life scores and coping style scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,the NOSIE scores and the HAMD scores were lower than those before the intervention,quality of life score and coping style score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the NOSIE score and the HAMD score were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Participatory nursing combined with empathy nursing applied to elderly patients with depression can improve depressive emotions,enhance the quality of life and coping ability,and increase compliance.
